Here in the Florida Keys, residents have a strong pride in being local. The same is true with Design Center. Design Center is local. Not all local builder’s are the same. Pavel Bacallao, Owner of JC Construction Management, has been working in the keys since 2002. Andrew George, Owner of Royal Crest Builder’s, has been working in the keys since 2004. Together the two joined forces to create Design Center which has been started in the Florida Keys and established since 2010. Design Center’s focus is to only build strong structures with materials that withstand the natural forces unique to the keys at efficient costs.
Concrete construction is the preferred method of building by the Design Center team. Our concrete division boasts over 20 years of experience with concrete construction. Based upon this experience, the concrete construction methods implemented by Design Center, withstand the harsh environment in the Florida Keys. This enables Design Center to build structures capable of withstanding the forces of nature during the record-breaking storms the Florida Keys are now experiencing.
With both owners having over 24 years of construction experience each, and over 15 years being local to the Florida Keys, Design Center focuses on concrete construction which is built to last. We are locals building for locals and truly look out for the client’s best interest.
A locally owned and operated family business for 25 years, Design Center was started as Royal Crest Builders run by Andrew George and Pavel Bacallao. In 2012, the company became Design Center.
